No one likes being called wrong, especially when you are a customer. Customers are of belief they are always right. No matter what happens, these entitled butts will stand their ground. We thought from all the stories we have posted about terrible customers and how ridiculous they all can possibly be, all the other customers, who have not been a part of our posts yet, would learn a lesson. But that is so not the case, they continue on with their weird, dumb, and crazy demands. As their server, you just have to put on a straight face and do as they say even though their demands are hilariously dumb.
Working in the services sector is not easy at all. I must commend all the service providers out there who have to deal with such people on a daily basis.
Today we are going to read through some stories that will tell us exactly how wrong a customer can actually be. As readers, we of course will be absorbing the fun factor but the stress management of the customer servers should not go unnoticed.

1. I have developed a specific kind of hatred for such customers.
2. I think that customer wanted to hear “put it in rice”.

How many brain cells does one require to be this dumb? The answer is "none". Wow, these people are so infuriating, I really don't know how these customer servers keep their cool in front of such people.
Honestly, now I can confidently say I was never built for the front office, I would be happy to work back office jobs because I cannot deal with such kinds of customers. I would've smacked a couple of them by now.
