Everyone can be a boss but not everyone can be a good boss.
That’s true. Anyone can get to the role of being a boss but being a good boss for your employees is what counts the most. It’s 2022 and people have still not learned how to be a good boss or a leader. A good boss or a leader is the one who maintains a healthy working space for his/her employees, who understands his/her employees’ needs and who always motivates them rather than demotivating them. Well, we would never run short of dickhead bosses who will continue to make their employees’ lives miserable but it’s 2022 and employees have had enough of their bosses’ shit. They are not ready to take it anymore and tell them right on their faces that “fire me, I f**king dare you”.
