Artist Hilariously Tries To Showcase The Relationship Between Girls And Anxiety

Anxiety is certainly not an easy rival to deal with.

Anxiety is not easy to explain even for the people who experience it on a regular basis. To put it in easier terms for everyone to grasp an idea of what this condition or feeling is, anxiety is a feeling of nervousness. You don’t feel at ease, you’re always worried that something is about to happen, as if in a panic mode but worse. And it mainly occurs when you are anticipating some sort of an outcome but are very worried about what it’ll be. Students feel anxious on their result days. This feeling is so overpowering that even if you know you have performed enough to secure an ‘A+’ in your degree, you will still be worried, going crazy by building 1000 different realities in your brain and recalculating all your predictions. And then their’s anxiety related to emotional outcomes that hit even bad and could possibly lead to further mental health deteriorating problems like depression. To sum anxiety up, it is bad and people have their own coping mechanisms to deal with it. There is no one universal rule to defeat or eliminate anxiety, you just have to develop your own way through it.

There is a very talented comic book artist named Kayden Hines who has dedicated a lot of their artwork to this problem of anxiety. Hines too has been dealing with anxiety and her way of coping with it is by beautifully illustrating her struggles with anxiety. Her work is absolutely amazing and this project, in particular, the one we will be taking a look at today, about a girl’s struggles with anxiety will certainly be a helpful one. Not many feel confident talking about their issues and problems so you have to give to Hines for that one. She has an Instagram account that currently has over 123,000 followers, and she is also verified.

Let’s take a look at her creative comics on a girl dealing with anxiety.

These comics are way too accurate and so many of these are relatable for men as well. Anxiety is mean but it isn’t the end of the world.d I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and was put on medication to deal with it. And guess what? Not being able to take that medicine on time, for whatever reason, would give me even more anxiety. The apparent solution was making the problem worse. So I gave up on all medication, worked through the withdrawal (which is all in my mind), and thankfully now, I am out of that severe stage. You cannot eliminate anxiety forever, it is bound to pay a visit to everyone because getting worried or anxious is a natural phenomenon. You aren’t normal if these things don’t happen to you.

The way artist Hines has created these comics is just beautiful. The topic is of concern but has been displayed in a way that you can easily and comfortably go through all of it without any issues. Not many are blessed with this talent so kudos to the artist!
