As long as you’re not taking others out on fancy/expensive dates, you can’t find yourself the right partner. Apparently, this is what our generation has come down to. As if cheating was not enough that now we have to deal with people who measure love with money.

Of course, not everyone is the same, but since so many people function this way, it’s hard to trust people. You could be dating someone for months and not know their intentions. However, if anything good has come out of this entire situation it’s that it has given us experience.

Now, that’s the thing with manipulation. It’s hard to differentiate between the victim and the oppressor.
