People with a fear of dogs are scared of every dog.

No matter how cute, how small or how fluffy your doggo is, if someone is scared of dogs, they would be scared of your dog too. You can not expect them to act normal to your doggo. A dog owner shared his on Reddit. OP’s mother-in-law was scared of dogs so whenever she used to visit OP and his fiancé, OP’s fiancé used to lock their puppy in their bedroom. OP never like that their puppy who was like a child to them have to stay in the bedroom the whole-time mother-in-law is visiting them. OP and his fiancé take Holiday photos. They told mother-in-law that they would be taking Halloween photos and mother-in-law told OP’s fiancé that she wants a family photo but without their puppy. OP treats his dog as his kid and it was disrespectful for him that they take a family photo without him. Also, it was just one photo because mother-in-law has a fear of dogs. OP should consider that not everyone would consider his doggo as a kid. Both should consider each other’s situations and talk to each other about them. OP wants to know if he did the wrong thing.
