Marriage is a rollercoaster ride.
Most people get married thinking that it would be a smooth sail and that there would be sunshine and rainbows, but that is far from the truth. Yes, marriage is an amazing experience but it isn’t always perfect. For two people to live together forever, it requires a lot of love, respect, and compromise. Everyone has flaws and we shouldn’t expect our partner to be perfect because that is technically impossible. However, we should make sure that no one is taking advantage of our compromises either. There should be an equal effort from both sides. Imbalance can lead to the failure of relationships.
One Redditor shared her story of having a quarrel with her husband for turning the lights on in the middle of the night. He has to wake up around 4 AM for work but he creates a lot of noise and wakes his wife up every time. So, she moved to the guest room and asked if she was wrong for doing so.
