Being confident is one thing. Confidence is something every living being encourage, you could be confident in yourself and stay committed. That is the easiest route to success. But many people take this confidence up a notch and become overconfident. Now, this is a very thin line that you have to cross in order to be overconfident. The only difference is, that you are confident when you know whatever you are being backed by is robust and you are definitely going to achieve what you have set your head towards because the factor of ego and high esteem don’t exist. But when you are overconfident, there isn’t really a robust plan behind your ambitions and just take everything head-on without estimating the consequences, or in other words, without preparing for the situation. So as an overconfident person, you would exhibit qualities of a Karen. You will be entitled and full of ego that will convince you that whatever you do, you will succeed at it.

Today’s story is about a Karen who thought she wanted to rob a bank and just went for it. The results, as you guys can already guess, did not go their way as they got arrested but the story is so dramatic and full of twists and turns, you are going to want to read it right to the last full stop.

1. You can only expect such a thing from a Karen. No one else.

2. OP worked for a company that provided and maintained software for banks.

3. With their team, OP went to a newly merged bank to update their software and they worked after hours so the bank’s proceedings are not disturbed. Very smart.

4. They went in with what seems like robust planning.

5. They started their meeting to discuss the plan and that’s when the bank started getting busy.

6. They had to rush the meeting because the waiting area was filling up, which makes sense as the staff had to serve the customers.

7. The meeting ends and the tea goes out for food. The lead goes to the bank manager’s office and that’s when a random woman jumps the line and follows them to the room.

8. Hold up, this woman seems very suspicious. What does she want?

9. Apparently she wanted to make a withdrawal of some sort but jumping the line isn’t fair to the other customers and that’s what OP told her.

10. She is very demanding.

11. I don’t think she is here to get her own money. OP should inform someone about this.

12. Okay, it is confirmed that Karen is at the bank to rob those $2000.

13. Woah, this is proper assault.

14. OP decided it was time to take the calmer route and convince Karen into chilling down.

15. But Karen was just not having it today.

16. See if you don’t want to listen to anyone, you are a lost cause.

17. Karens were born to get on everyone’s head. OP got fed up and was ready to tackle her down if they had to.

18. And bang, it’s a goal.

19. Should’ve smacked her earlier, would’ve saved so much time.

20. The police arrived at the scene and OP thought they were going to get arrested.

21. But the sirens were rung for the woman when she was screaming for money in the room.

22. The tag of entitlement was stripped off of that Karen as she was arrested for armed robbery, kidnapping, and assault.
