I would like to speak to the manager, please.
This is how you announce to the world that you are a Karen. If you don’t know who a Karen is, have you been living under a rock? Well, it’s okay. Let me explain this to you. A Karen is a middle-aged white woman who drives a mini-van, has a pixie cut and is super annoying. She wants to talk to the manager for even the slightest inconveniences. Needless to say, Karens are customer service’s worst nightmare. You just can’t win against them. They will tear you apart if you try to argue with them. Working in customer service is really tough because customers tend to be really disrespectful when they’re trying to complain about something.
One guy, however, loves trolling Karens and making them even more furious. Wesley Metcalfe, more famously known as The Amazing Troll-Man, pretends to work for customer service for big companies and he gets on the nerves of Karens who are complaining through the Internet. Honestly, it is very entertaining. Scroll down below and have a laugh:

“The balls.” I couldn’t help myself.
We should really be nicer to customer service reps. They work really hard to satisfy our needs. Some people personally attack them while filing complaints as if the inconvenience they faced was customer service’s fault. They are doing their best to help you out and solve your problems. Please be more patient and kind to them.
7. Tesco.
I love how the customer just goes along with it.

This wasn’t a complain though. It was sweet of them!
