Manager Refuses To Pay The Employee For His Unused Holidays, Employee Comes Up With The Best Revenge

Do them as they do you.

Not everyone gets their dream job, some of us have been struggling with jobs and lucky are those who are given incentives by the company they work with. Not all companies would let their employees enjoy these perks, some companies have hidden policies written in their joining letter contract that we fail to notice. Same happened with an employee whose Manager didn’t let him use his unused annual vacation days. Scroll down to know what really happened.

Sometimes the companies’ policies do not make any sense and when you try to confront your boss or manager they would fail to act rationally and that is when employees desire to leave the organization. We all have heard “employees do not leave companies, they leave their managers” and all of this makes sense. A good manager can control employees’ turnover intentions.
