Do them as they do you.
Not everyone gets their dream job, some of us have been struggling with jobs and lucky are those who are given incentives by the company they work with. Not all companies would let their employees enjoy these perks, some companies have hidden policies written in their joining letter contract that we fail to notice. Some organizations would deduct your salary if you have been late to work or for taking a day off from work or simply wouldn’t let you enjoy the annual holidays given by the organization. Same happened with an employee whose Manager didn’t let him use his unused annual vacation days. Scroll down to know what really happened.
1. Nothing better than a permanent contract.
2. Would you use your unused holidays?
3. What if you are told your holidays have been refused?
It’s fine if the company chooses to refuse an employee’s holidays but at least they should pay him for his unused annual holidays at the end of the year. Sometimes the companies’ policies do not make any sense and when you try to confront your boss or manager they would fail to act rationally and that is when employees desire to leave the organization. We all have heard “employees do not leave companies, they leave their managers” and all of this makes sense. A good manager can control employees’ turnover intentions. 4. I would quit unless I get paid for my holidays or allowed to use them.
5. Leave like a boss!
This employee did exactly what the company deserved and we are sure he must have found a better job with a better manager who will pay him for his unused holidays. What do you think of this employee’s revenge? What would have you done if you were at his place? Share your thoughts with us in the comments down below!
