‘Working from home is not possible.’
Atleast that is what many companies had said even when people didn’t want to actually get to the office if they lived far away and the transport cost half of the salary. And however awful this pandemic has been, it has proved one thing, that people are fine working from home and that it does not indeed make us any lazier or unproductive. Now, I have worked office jobs in my life but they just weren’t for me as working from home provides a lot less stress.
I mean you still have a set amount of daily tasks that you need to do at home as well but you can take breaks and it costs so much less for the employee and the employer since they don’t have to pay for the rent and the bills when it comes to the office. Although, many people still don’t like this idea and want people back at the office all the time. I understand needing meetings every week and asking everyone to come but forcing everyone to work at the office is a bit bizarre.

I mean, where is the culture when you are stuck in a cubicle?
Maybe he wanted people to resign and this was the easiest way of doing that.
This is actually quite true even though it just adds to the overall stress.
Travel expenses can sometimes come up to half of the salary that you earn so it really is better to work from home when it can be done.
Companies should love this idea and yet they don’t .
However, many people talked about how sometimes it is required to work from the office.
This is actually a good way to get the best of both worlds and everyone is happy.
I wonder how it suddenly became possible to work from home when it was previously impossible.
This is a great way to look at things.
If you have a good production team, you don’t need to micro-manage.
And I haven’t even mentioned the pandemic yet.
We just need to put ourselves out there sometimes.
Honestly, all of this depends on the person at the end of the day.
The manager or the higher-ups are usually just projecting their issues onto their employees.

If your team can handle it, why not do it?
Well, most of the people are leaving him behind so there is that.

They need someone to basically be at their beck and call.
Wearing the pajamas part is correct but you still need to work.
Well, I hope that the people who quit will find better jobs out there.
This is not how working from home works.
As I said before, it depends on the person.
It is all about control at the end of the day.
I am not saying that there is anything wrong with going to the office.
However, some jobs don’t require you to go to the office every day.
