People Share What Made Them Quit Their Jobs On The Spot

Not everyone is lucky enough to have a good work experience.

Having a terrible and greedy boss is one thing, but having a poor salary, or working with A-hole colleagues can really tick you off as well. People need to work in a positive work environment. Getting yelled at by their manager or boss is not going to help. It is true that people work more effectively in a happy work environment. This means you have to take care of your worker’s needs, health, safety, salary, and environment. However, people believe it is only about money. It is not. People can still settle for less pay if they have a good working environment. However, not a lot of people get that. They work in crappy places where they get yelled at by their managers to work harder and it is only a matter of time before they decide enough is enough and finally crack and quit the job. You can only take so much from a crappy job and not do anything about it. People are bound to leave at one point. There are several reasons people quit a job and one Redditor asked what made people quit their jobs on the spot and a lot of people shared their personal stories. Scroll down below to read them.
