18 ‘Majestic’ Snow Leopards Biting Their Own Tails

Cats will be cats.

No matter what size or breed, our feline friends are all the same. From a small kitten to a huge lion, you will see them finding themselves in silly situations and not realising it. Felines are silly creatures, even though their pride won’t let them admit it. When they are on their zoomies they can do the most hilarious things. And did you know? Felines lick themselves aggressively when they get embarrassed. Fun fact, right? Observe closely the next time your cat tries to make a big leap and fails, it will start licking itself and pretend as if nothing happened. However, some cattos behave like dogs too. In what way? Like chasing their tails. That’s a dog thing, but some cats do the same. They get surprised by their own tails and try to catch them, only then to realise it is their own tails.

There are a few theories that explain why snow leopards bite their own tails. One suggests that it is to keep themselves warm when it is very cold. The tail covers their nose and keeps it warm. Another theory suggests that they just do it for fun. It is a playful act for them. I would like to believe the latter. We still haven’t had enough of the cattos yet so scroll down below for more:
