1. OP’s dad left her mom when he was six years old and married OP’s SM Aida, she had 3 kids from a previous marriage and OP’s dad decided to parent them instead of OP, and after that, OP used to see him 7 to 8 times a year because he had moved 5 hours away.
2. OP’s dad had a change of heart and decided to demand 50/50 custody, and built a room for him at his new house to fill the gaps between missing years he started giving him new gifts and planned a big birthday party for OP’s 12th birthday.
3. At 13 OP stopped going to his place and OP’s mom’s brother took him in as one of his boys, OP and her mother moved back to his grandparent’s place and OP’s uncle lived next door and they were quite close with each other moreover, OP’s uncle was like a father figure for him.
