Not all kids are created the same.
I am well aware that this sounds harsh but it is the truth. Technically, it depends on what things their parents teach them. And while parents are not always to blame for their kid’s poor behavior, it does play a big part in the kid’s future going forward. All the spoiled brats you will ever see have parents behind them who either think that they r better than everyone else or they are too kind and let their kids walk all over them.
While it is necessary to let your kids have some freedom so they can grow as an individual, a parent also has to be strict at times and set some rules. Young kids will definitely not appreciate this but they will understand when they grow up. So as you might have guessed, the story today is about two spoiled brats who refused to buckle their seatbelt while they were in their aunt’s car. As you can guess, it did not go well for them.

The aunt was already doing a good deed by driving her brother’s kids to the airport.
She tried to get them to put their seatbelts on but they weren’t having it which made them late for their flight.
I don’t understand what’s a big deal about wearing seatbelts. I mean they can be uncomfortable at times but they can also save your life. And if you can get fined for not wearing a seatbelt then it is a no-brainer. What their dad lets them do is none of her business and while they were under her roof, they had to comply with her rules. It is all their fault and if they had just acted reasonably, they would have reached the airport in time.
They aren’t little kids either so this is unacceptable.
It is also the Fathers fault for not disciplining his kids properly.
I hope they learned a lesson but going by their father’s behavior, I don’t think so.
There were even some people who share their experiences and how seatbelts saved their lives.
I also hope that the Father grounds them for not listening to their Aunt.
The brother is also in the wrong here for directing his anger towards her.
The simple way to put it is her car, her rules.
I would have simply kicked them out of the car if someone did this to me.
