People often quit jobs due to toxic bosses.
You love your job as long as you have a nice boss and you will soon start hating your job if your boss is too toxic. Some bosses make the jobs difficult for the employees. Today’s story is about a math teacher who also has a second job. This teacher loves his job and was giving great results to the school. He was the smartest teacher and the old principal loved his work. The old principal was replaced and the new principal had to join the school. When the new principal got to know about OP’s second job, he wanted him to leave his second job but OP did not want to leave this second job. Scroll down to know what OP did next.

First thing, if you want your employee to focus on just one job, start paying them a better salary so they never need a second job.
12. OP is interviewing at two schools and the pay scale seems better than the old job.
