Tenants Wants Landlord To Be More Professional, Regrets It When He Does

Revenge is a dish best served cold.

What that essentially means is that you shouldn’t rush revenge because it can end up ruining you rather than the other way around and damage your reputation a lot. So it is always better to think and plan carefully before you commit to anything so everything goes as plan or else you come out as a double loser. And this lady definitely did just that when her tenants started acting up.

While we read a lot of stories where tenants get to stick it to the landlord, today we have something different. After all, not all tenants are great and many leave the houses they rent in a state of disarray. So when these rude tenants asked the landlord to be more ‘professional’ after they themselves were breaking many rules, she decided to comply with their request.

As you can imagine, it didn’t end the way they wanted.

After all, this is what he wanted right?

It seemed that everything was going to go well after this.

But this is where she was wrong because they left the property quite damaged.

My landlord managed to take $400 on bullshit charges. We mowed lawn the day before we left, vacuumed and shampoo the carpet, and had informed him our first week that our back door lock was broken, so we replaced it and gave him a key.

Those non problems added 400 to out bill, and he had never added stairs to the 6 ft drop to the backyard, so it was unusable. –Ciels_Thigh_High

Even in court, they were carefree thinking they were in the right.

And this is how these tenants got what they deserved.

Honestly, sometimes you have to do what you have to do.
