Woman Asks A Recruiter Why She Wasn’t Hired After She Took The Interview In Her Bikini

Professionalism is sometimes required.

You can’t just look up the definition of professionalism in a dictionary because it changes depending on the situation. While you may believe that wearing flip-flops to work is unprofessional, some employers actually permit it. So, at the end of the day, you just need to be clear so that your employees don’t do anything unprofessional. And the definition of that word has undoubtedly changed since the pandemic ended.

I mean, a lot of people started working from home and having meetings while not even wearing trousers and cuddling with a cat. However, this does not excuse someone from thinking that having an interview in their bikini is acceptable. Not to mention the fact that she was outside having fun and acting like a total knob while doing this interview.

When the recruiter shared this story on the Internet, many people shared their own stories. So, scroll down and take a look for yourself.

Times sure have changed since this person is okay with someone interviewing while outside.

Not only that but she was being exceptionally rude.

It wasn’t as if she was talking to a friend but they kept it going because it was quite entertaining at this point.

Expressing yourself has nothing to do with wearing a bikini while at an interview.

This wouldn’t even make sense if she was interviewing to be a lifeguard.

Anyone who says that they are incredibly smart are actually quite dumb in my opinion.

I am surprised that she had the gall to even ask this question.

We even got more information on what this person thinks about the whole ordeal.

I would say that this would would be a fun human behaviour experiment.

However, I am pretty sure that most would kick you out and others just wouldn’t hire you.

I understand that some people believe we should be able to wear whatever we want and should not be subjected to these restrictions. However, if that were the case, society would collapse and any sense of order would be lost. Okay, I may be exaggerating slightly, and if she was wearing a tank top or something because it was hot, I could understand why people wouldn’t side with him, but this is just too far. Even if we excuse the attire, the whole thing was strange, and she didn’t seem to want the job in the first place.

Honestly, I don’t blame this guy at all.

That makes perfect sense to me.

I have to give my hat off to the cowboy.

Maybe he just needed a nap.

Cargo shorts don’t seem like a big deal especially if it’s hot.

Atleast the apple guy wasn’t interviewing to be a doctor.

I can understand people wearing tank tops.

Maybe they just flushed so the family would think they were simply using the toilet.

I am thinking that he forgot he was on camera.

I can’t tell if she was lying or not.

And the fact that she was on the beach.

That is one way to know if your diet is working.

I would say Child B because we don’t want Child A’s day to get worse.

I don’t even know what to say after that.

This makes perfect so she clearly knew.

Even for a guy, this is incredibly weird.

This does make some sort of sense for jobs that don’t require you to communicate with people.

Maybe this is what we should do from now on.

I was thinking the same thing at first.

To be fair, being dehydrated isn’t the best feeling in the world.

I mean it wasn’t just her attire.

Who knows?

There are bad managers and then there is this.

I thought this would be common sense but apparently not.
