Life can be a bit too much to handle sometimes.
No matter what kind of well-defined rules we follow, or how strong we think we are, sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming and that’s okay. At the end of the day, we’re only humans. Between our busy work schedules, daily chores and other responsibilities, oftentimes we’re left feeling mentally and physically exhausted. The worst part is, it’s no ordinary exhaustion that can be instantly fixed with some sleep. It’s that kind of exhaustion that eventually leads to anxiety and stress.
Now, here’s the twist. Everything in life works in pairs. It’s perfectly symmetrical; mirror opposite. So, with every difficulty, there is also ease, and that’s where our little furbabies come in! At first, if you think about it, it doesn’t seem like dogs make such a big difference. On the contrary, however, they very much do. Sometimes, we don’t know what’s wrong with us when all we need is a hug. Since the people around us are not always emotionally available, our dogs can help us a lot in that regard. They instantly fill that void that we sometimes don’t know even exists.
