Wife Snaps At Husband For Undressing Their 13 Year Old Son Because He Couldn’t Do It Himself

Life is getting really tough to live. Even the diseases have taken their worst forms that make it really hard for the carrier to survive. It is extremely important that we get regular checkups from our family physician so that if anything pops up in the system, it can be removed at the earliest if it is removable. Even a simple headache can nowadays lead to a diagnosis of a deadly aneurysm or cancer in the brain. So, staying proactive in cases of even the smallest of systems is a policy everyone showed adopted these days.

The focus of today’s story isn’t on actually on health or disease but it certainly feeds into the main event. Reddit user Critical_Wrangler465 along with his wife and his 13-year-old son were having a nice dinner at his parent’s house when his son suddenly complained about a minor headache. But within 30 minutes the pain escalated to an unbearable level. The son requested to go back home so OP and his wife excused themselves and left for home with their son. His headache kept getting worse and he didn’t even have the energy to get out of the car and walk into the house. So OP carried him to his room. OP’s wanted her son to change into comfortable clothes before he went to sleep so discomfort doesn’t wake him up in the middle of the night, but he had no energy to do so. When the wife wasn’t in the room, OP decided to change his son’s clothes himself.

Just as he undressed his son, his wife came into the room and started calling OP out for invading his son’s privacy while he was only trying to help.

The matter was posted by OP on the subreddit “Am I The A$$hole?” to know if what he did was right or wrong. Scroll down below to read how it all went down!

1. We would definitely require more details than just the title to decide on this one.

Here’s what the internet had to say about this:

7. He changed his son’s clothes so he didn’t feel uncomfortable while sleeping…that is all.

8. Apology is not necessary but OP must inform his son about it.

OP was NTA. His son couldn’t do it and as a father, he was only sharing love and care. Come on, a father can never have bad intentions for his son, who is also very sick and was in terrible pain before going to sleep. All he must do now is just tell his son when he wakes up, that he changed his clothes while he was sleeping because he himself did not have the energy to do it. That is all

Oh, and yes, please have him checked by a doctor. It is not okay to suddenly get an intensely painful headache like that out of nowhere at the age of 13. So, just to get the suspicions out of the way, please have your son checked, OP.

9. It is bothering me so much that they didn’t take him to the doctor. 13-year-olds don’t get headaches like this one.

10. OP’s wife is a low-mind woman.

11. It’s all about the mindset, her mindset was ugly.

12. I fully agree with this. Both parents were AHs for not taking him to the hospital.

13. I too am surprised that a father is considered a perve*t for being caring.

15. That would be great. And I am sure he would understand.
