OP saw her MIL and started walking towards the exit, OP’s husband followed her and tried to stop her but she harshly told him off and left:
OP discovered that her husband had booked a ticket for his mother without her knowledge and when she left the airport, her husband came home and blamed her for ruining the trip, which she countered by telling him that he was the one responsible for the situation.
OP’s husband continued to berate her and even went so far as to call her family and blame her for the cancelled trip, while her family took her husband’s side and advised her to suck it up and enjoy the trip.
