Working to serve customers requires heavy-duty commitment and a lot of patience, an amount a normal human being does not have. You are either born with a high level of tolerance, or you develop it over time with experience. How is this experience gained, you ask? By having encounters with terrible and rude customers, or in other words by having encounters with Karens.
One such worker who became a master at dealing with Karens shared her story of serving reality to really rude Karen who came to buy an appliance at the store she worked at. Reddit user NotTheGoldenChild616 shared that Karen came in with her husband on a very busy day and there was only one employee at the station Karen wanted to get her appliance from, as the other employee had gone for lunch. Karen got mad for having to wait in line as she wanted to be attended to before all the other customers were already there. Karen got told to wait or go to some other department and this upset her even more.
Karen decided to post lies about the store’s customer service but the post reached OP and she decided to expose Karen there and then. The whole social media turned against the liar.

2. Karen got mad for not being attended first…Clearly, there were customers there before she came who were obviously going to be treated first…but she did not understand that.
3. Karen went off at the employee who had just taken her break to have some lunch. She wanted that employee to attend to her.
4. Karen and her husband were not happy so they decided to call customer service and started yelling.
5. Is Karen going to use that page?
6. Karen decided to make a massive post on that Facebook page filled with nothing but lies.
7. Karen got some support on the post at first but then it reached OP.
8. OP decided to make a fake Facebook account and exposed Karen’s lies under her post.
9. OP posted the truth under every single comment as well that supported her initially. And the whole town turned against her after knowing the reality.
10. You cannot say we did not see that one coming.
11. Fighting for your fellow employees does not make you a Karen.
12. “Dealing with Karens” got added to OP’s job description.
13. By g.d. man, the husband meant “god da*n man”.
Oh my god! This Karen made such a fuss out of literally nothing. Just because she wanted to attend to before the other customers and didn’t, she made a full-on post lying about the store’s customer service. What did she expect? The store will never come across this post. And it is so hilarious that she started to get sympathy as well. The way OP dealt with this Karen was crazy good. That is how they are supposed to be dealt with.
