Do you ever wish your pet could understand you?
I know I have wanted my cat to understand me so he would stop trying to break something just to get my attention. However, our pets may not be able to understand our language, they do sometimes understand what we are hinting at by the tone of our voice or our expression. This may sound made-up but don’t our pets come running when we call them by their name? This is proof that there are some words that even animals can understand.
Sure, they might not listen to us all the time and they may also ignore what we are saying because they just want to but that doesn’t mean that they are any less clever. However, I have not come here without any proof as we have a lot of examples that people wanted to share on Facebook. So we have compiled some of the best examples of animals acting more clever than we are used and it really opens up the possibilities of what could be in the future.

These stories clearly prove that some animal species are smarter than we give them credit for. Now I am not saying that these pets are Eienstiens of our generations but we could call them quite intelligent for their species. I mean, we have all seen videos of animals opening doors and even being able to get something done through a home-alone style acrobatic course.
