Coworker Forces Server To Swap Sections Because They’re Making More Money, Regrets It

Not everyone will succeed in everything they do, and that’s okay. Sometimes you just aren’t good at something. Each of us is a person with unique abilities, therefore various factors may present greater or lesser challenges. However, it’s crucial that we control our emotions and refrain from criticizing others for our own mistakes, as how one handles their failings will decide how others will view them.

Some people don’t seem to understand this, and they ruthlessly lash out at anything or anybody that comes within reach, bringing their unhappy lives to all-time lows. This self-sustaining cycle of unrecognized failure can take many different forms. For instance, as some comments on the original piece noted, it’s customary for underperforming serving personnel to whine about their tips in the service business. They put the blame for their decreased revenue on their cheap customers. Every server will encounter a nightmarish group of customers, but just like in any other relationship, if it happens frequently enough, you might want to start looking internally as well. A group of coworkers who are sick of fixing their mistakes commonly shake their heads in agreement when a waiter complains about their tables and tips too frequently.

So keep on scrolling down below to know what really happened with this co-worker and make sure you guys and gals read it until the end otherwise, you are not going to get the whole point here.

OP was a kind and a really good waitress but the people of the other servers thought she is making money due to the rush of the people and when they get to swap the servers. They got to know no, it was not due to the rush of servers maybe it was due to her skills and personality which were making her excel in her job and thus making more tips than usual people. A user above said it absolutely right that “sometimes, the best way to convince someone that they don’t want something is to give them”. This perfectly fits into this situation. Finally, they got to know that it was them who suck not the server.
