You don’t have to become a robot to be good at your job.
Work and home balance – one of the biggest struggles employees face today. If you’re doing a 9 to 5 job, having quality family time and a good social life is almost impossible: Is that true or is it a myth?
Are you afraid of your boss? Do you have to lie to him to get a day off? Should bosses make their employees comfortable with themselves and understand their personal problems?
The CEO of Hustlr Agency, Daniel Abrahams, made a post on Linkedin giving his advice on how you can make the environment of your workplace honest and transparent. Scroll down below to read the post:
We’re all human.
“Let’s be authentic with each other on the journey” and “…be real about our lives.” We don’t have to pretend we don’t have lives in front of our bosses. He outlined the fact that as long as we are productive, we can cut ourselves some slack. “As long as we: get the work done, deliver what we say, and keep growing our clients’ businesses…”
He got a lot of support in the comments.
Anyone who has a job can relate to this.
