Employee Gets Everyone Paid Out For The Unpaid Hours By Filing A Lawsuit Against The Company

Some companies take more work from their employees than they pay them.

Who would not love working extra hours if they start getting paid for it? But not every company pays their employees for working extra hours. It is illegal not to pay your employees the right wage they deserve. And the worst thing about this salary issue is that employees do not take any action against the company. People should speak up and get a salary for every hour they give to the company. A Reddit user has shared his story of working in a company where they were required to be at the site by 7 am and in order to be at the site by 7 am, the employees used to get up at 1 or 2 am, drive to the shop, spend an hour getting all the tools and equipment, then drive 3 to 4 hours and be at the site by 7 am. So, OP filed a lawsuit against the company for not paying them for all the extra hours. Scroll down to read the complete story.
