Guy Finds Out That His ‘Supportive’ Girlfriend Was The One Behind Him Losing Everyone Of His Jobs

Some people are very good at hiding their true colours.

I am sure we have all met people in our lives who act as if they are the most compassionate people on the planet and would never intentionally harm anyone. However, they turn out to be snakes who, behind the scenes, eat away at your sanity and manipulate you like a puppet master. It could even be a friendship rather than a relationship. I have no idea what their thought process is, but I do know that they love control and will stab you in the back while smiling. That is, at least, what is happening to the protagonist in this story.

He was losing a lot of jobs, you see. And it’s not like he did anything wrong at work or was sluggish. He was just a regular worker who worked hard but was always fired. Other employees and customers were always making disparaging remarks about him. He had no idea who was behind it all, but he became increasingly paranoid, which is understandable. After all, wouldn’t you feel as if someone is out to get you if someone is actually ruining your life? But his girlfriend was always by his side, supporting him through the difficult times. So when he discovered who was behind it all, he was devastated.

He is a young guy and he has been with his girlfriend for a few years now.

He would continue to work hard but something would always come up and ruin his life.

Things were going okay at his job until he heard about complaints from customers once again.

He didn’t tell his girlfriend what happened because he was tired of it all.

But that is when he realized she was the one behind it all.

But he could hardly believe it so he asked Reddit for help.

And there were a lot of helpful comments which helped him break up with her.

But before breaking up with her, he decided to get definitive proof.

And he certainly got everything he was looking for which is heartbreaking.

He also decided to move and get away from her.

He did not take her to court which was his decision after all.

It has been a long time since he got away and never talked to her.

He is still working on himself which is great to hear.

I can only hope that she gets the help she needs as well.

I honestly don’t understand why she did everything she did. Is it all because she wanted to break him down and control him so that he would be completely reliant on her? What would she have done if he had stopped working entirely? Would she have financially supported him as well? Was it her intention all along for him to never be able to get away from her? I’m terrified just thinking about it. So I’m glad he was able to get out of this relationship.

Confronting her right there and then would not have been the safest option.

Though her actions do leave us with a lot of questions.

However, sane people do not do stuff like this.
