Tall people have their own problems. Let’s just say it is not easy for them to squeeze into every spot they wish to squeeze into comfortably. The biggest example of this struggle is when tall people travel by air. The leg space in the economy class is just not enough for tall people to comfortably sit. Especially when the person in front wants to recline his/her seat back. It truly is an issue thanks to their genetics. In such a case, however, the person sitting in the first seat should realize the tall guy is struggling and shouldn’t recline their seat back. However, some people are just straight-up stubborn.
In today’s story, Reddit user u/earthshaker495 was flying economy from LA to Singapore. He barely had any legroom so he squeezed himself in for the long flight and was ready to do it. Unfortunately, the person sitting in front wanted to recline his seat back no matter what. OP told the guy it is not physically possible for him to shrink his legs so he will have to stop pushing his seat back. But the guy didn’t listen and kept pushing his seat back into OP’s knees.
The guy called the pilot who then sent his co-pilot to check out the situation. Ultimately, OP got given a free upgrade to business class while the stubborn guy finally got to recline his seat. Even though he did get to recline his seat, he wasn’t happy anymore.

Seriously, what is wrong with this guy? If he is all about a comfortable ride, he should’ve paid extra and booked a business-class seat in advance. Man, you are booking economy and want others to conform to the way want things to happen? Sorry, not on this flight.
