In the heart of a quaint neighborhood, a local pub thrived with energy as friends and patrons gathered to enjoy a live musical performance. Among them was a Reddit user, known as “OP,” seeking respite after a long day’s work. Little did OP know that an ordinary evening at their favorite pub would soon transform into an extraordinary and unexpected adventure.
Dressed in their work attire, OP settled at the end of the bar, looking forward to a simple night of relaxation and entertainment. The atmosphere was lively, with laughter and conversations filling the air as people savored their time in this beloved establishment.

A rather inebriated individual, aptly dubbed the Drunk Old Muppet or DOM, grew increasingly impatient while waiting to be served at the bar. In a misguided attempt to attract the bartender’s attention, DOM impulsively struck OP on the shoulder, demanding immediate service.
Calm and composed, OP kindly informed DOM that they were not part of the bar staff but a fellow patron seeking the same indulgence. Yet, the effects of alcohol clouded DOM’s judgment, and he adamantly insisted that OP had indeed worked behind the bar in the past.
