Husband Gave $600 As A Gift For Christmas To Wife, Expecting Her To Buy Him A Gaming Console

I know you have heard of selfish people and thousands of stories about them but the one that we have got you guys today will surprise you the most. Reddit user u/Fresh-Ad9433 shared that her husband is the breadwinner and she is a stay-at-home mom. She used to work before but because of some physical issues, she cannot do so anymore. Her husband barely gives her enough to make ends meet, she cannot spend anything on herself.

For Christmas, however, to OP’s surprise, she got given $600 by her husband. This sent her into panic mode as she felt she should get her husband something as well so she decided to get him the cheapest item on his wish list which was a $180 pair of sneakers. When the husband opened his gift on Christmas, he got furious and upset. Upon digging, OP found out the $600 that got given to her was to buy him the most expensive gift on his wish list; a gaming console.

7. Turns out he had given her the $600 to buy him a gaming console.

Oh, wow! This came out of nowhere. The money was given to OP by her husband so she could buy him his present. This is beyond disgraceful. I am surprised OP is still living with this guy. She really has to consider this relationship while she still has time. This is no way to treat a wife. The woman doesn’t even get enough to buy herself her hygiene products. What kind of a husband does that?
