Nothing can stop nature.
If you leave something alone for a while, there is a big chance that it will be overtaken by nature by the time you get back. And if the structures are made of cement and bricks, in no time nature will take what is it’s own. And since humans have already populized most of the world and ruined it with pollution, it is always beautiful to see these pictures.
I mean, some may call this ruined or creepy but I actually see something peaceful about these pictures. It might be because I really like post-apocolyptic games and these photographs remind me of Fallout, but that is nor here nor there. But you can enjoy the beauty of nature melding with human structures by scrolling below.

#1 I don’t see a way to get there except a boat, but I would love to visit this place.
#2 This looks like an old post mortem theatre where people would sit to watch.
#3 The sort of dilapitated look just makes it even more gorgeous if you ask me.
#4 An old town in the west that any cowboy would fall in love with.
#5 When your chimney gets rid of the moon rather than the smoke.
#6 I would love to know the story behind this ship.
#7 That actually looks quite pretty, especially with the autumn leaves.
#8 I can just imagine a ghostly woman standing behind the boarded up window.
#9 One day there will be nothing but trees growing on it.
There is definitely beauty in abandoned and dilapidated places. It signifies nature taking over and reclaiming what was once her place. We can also see what the past inhabitants were doing before leaving their home, especially if they ran away in a hurry with all the things still strewn there. I mean, yes, they will be creepy at night but when the sun is shining, there is no better place to take a beautiful picture.
#10 This definitely looks like a colorful diner from the Fallout series.
#11 This pool must have looked absolutely gorgeous when it was in use.
#12 I wonder how this plane got abandoned here.
#13 This place might be crumbling but it still stands tall.
#14 This is the house that kids dare each other to go spend the night in.
#15 I wonder if Rapunzel will let her hair down for her Prince.
#16 A little ticket booth in an abandoned station.
#17 I am sad to see so many guitars just rotting away.
#18 This must have been one hell of a party for the place to end up this way.
