As far as I am concerned, dry humor is the best kind of humor in my opinion. Although he is still very young, even my 4-year-old gets a good burn here and there, even though he has not been burned yet, he still gets a good burn or two from time to time. The art of making light of any situation can be a challenging task, but if you know the technique, you will be able to accomplish it. To teach my children to deal with things in a delicate manner is my responsibility, while at the same time ensuring that they can still engage in full-on savagery if necessary, is also my responsibility.
The fact that we must go through such a situation from time to time is definitely not something that can be denied. Even if it is on a daily basis, it is okay. I am sure you know what I am talking about. For you to keep them interested, it is imperative that you keep them on their toes at all times!
