OP (20F) lives with her parents during college breaks. She’s frustrated because, despite having a perfectly good guest room nearby, her parents make her turn her room into a guest room when they have visitors, limiting her personal space. When OP asked her mom why they don’t use the guest room, her mom said it’s because adults shouldn’t sleep in bunk beds, even though the guest room has a double queen bunk bed.
