So the situation goes something like this OP’s brother is an eleven-year-old kid who got into trouble in a school like everyone else but the nature of the trouble was cruel. One day his class was outside in the open and he found a sock lying on the floor. He stupidly somehow decided to put some gravel in it and hit the kid. During that time it was his fourth period out of the 6th. Due to this aggressive act, he got 2 days of in-school detention.
By the time he got his pink slip to be filled out, the administrator asked for the name of his fourth-period teacher but he did not know his teacher’s name and that would be because the session of school has just started and it’s been a month into it. The administrator had to go into the computers and look up his schedule to get the name of the teacher and the administrator added two more days in his detention for not knowing the teacher’s name.
OP’s mother completely agrees with the punishment but she thinks adding two more days in the detention for not knowing the teacher’s name is too much and she wants to know if she would be the Karen for going to the principal and asking for the two additional days to be removed.
