It might not even be your fault that another car is barreling down on you. That is why it is critical to be perceptive and fully alert so that you do not injure yourself or others.

While I understand that everyone has their own driving habits, there are some rules that everyone must follow. Driving with two feet, for example, is not a good idea. It may not seem like a big deal, but in a high-adrenaline situation, you could accidentally press the wrong pedal and injure yourself. Atleast that is what they thought at first.

She just wants her daughter to be safe but her daughter didn’t want to hear any of it.

Since OP was left with no options, she took her daughter’s car keys.

This seemed very harsh so the woman asked the Internet for advice.

After all, she doesn’t want to alienate her daughter.

While I understand that the OP does not want to be too harsh on her daughter, there are times when you have to put your foot down. Her daughter may not recognise it now, but she will in the future. After all, her driving practices are dangerous, and she should not be allowed to drive until she changes her driving style. This may appear to be an exaggeration, but things have a habit of going wrong on the road, so it is always better to be safe than sorry later.
