Woman Who Assaulted Shopper Thinking He Was An Employee Gets Arrested For Her Inhumane Behavior

mistaken employee assault

Assaulting someone is considered a felony and I personally believe the one who is the assaulter should receive punishment of the highest order. It is just so out of order to go up to someone and start absolutely obliterating them. This is a reality and I don’t understand how people muster up the energy to do such things, especially when the assault is based on literally nothing but the assaulter’s rage issues.

In today’s story, something similar happened with Reddit user u/BasicallyCancer0458 who after completing his duty went to an electronics store next door to shop. He didn’t even get the time to say “I don’t work here lady” as a mother with four kids whistled loudly to grab OP’s attention and as soon as he turned towards the mother to know what was up, she began assaulting him by smashing his phone, and kicking him in the leg making him fall down, resulting in him spraining his ankle.

An actual employee then arrived at the scene and got instructed by OP to call the police. That is when the mother realized her mistake but it was too late by then. The police arrived and arrested her.

Scroll down below to read how it all went down!

5. OP still ignored her but got his ankle sprained by the woman for doing it. An actual employee arrived at the scene to help him up.

6. And she suddenly becomes all nice and innocent when she realizes OP is, indeed, not an employee of the store…and that police have been called upon her.

7. The mom got arrested, had to buy OP a new phone, had to pay for and receive therapy for 3 years, and OP also got a nice sum of money out of the whole situation.

8. It was painful, but it certainly was worth it.

What happened with OP was so wrong on so many levels. This behavior is not acceptable and should always be punished. The mother absolutely deserved the offenses she got charged with. I would have given her a much worse punishment if I was the authority. You can not freely walk around and break peoples’ legs, woman. You will meet the consequences!
