So the story begins from here that this trashy neighbor got more than she negotiated for when she started this weird act of teaching her child to throw the trash into the neighbor’s lawn. Redditor u/donut_clouds took decided to share this on r/ProRevenge. describing a circumstance in which his irritated neighbor and her child began dropping their trash onto the OP’s lawn rather than bagging it and leaving it for garbage collection in their town. Even after the OP reported that they requested them to stop, the littering continued, and police indicated they couldn’t do much about it because they couldn’t verify that the neighbor’s child was taught to do it. The OP found a highly creative path toward revenge here they called the neighbor’s landlord and bought the property out from under them, then served the filthy neighbor with an eviction notice out of the blue. I mean isn’t it weird and rude to just throw your trash into your neighbor’s lawn. I don’t think a sensible person would do this.
Now that OP has no neighbors, they appear to be planning to expand their yard by using the property from which they just expelled this local villain.
It just goes to show that being a nice neighbor can go a long way, especially if your neighbor has enough money to buy you out of your house while you’re being a jerk. It is pretty obvious that the neighbor was being a jerk to tell her daughter to throw the trash on their lawn. OP came to the best revenge one can have. If you have a bad neighbor just like OP then you can also solve this by buying out that property only if you are rich.
