Veganism is taking over everything.
Well when I say everything, I mean the Internet specifically. And I don’t think that is wrong or a bad thing at all. After all, anyone who decides to go vegan deserves kudos for thinking about the Earth and also having amazing self-control. However, their noble intentions don’t mean they get exempted from Twitter roasts. And that is exactly what we have here. This particular influencer actually thought she had somehow ‘invented’ vegan honey.
Now while that idea seems great but what she discovered wasn’t really honey. I mean it sure had a similar consistency and was super sweet. However, the resulting product already had a name and everyone already knows about it, other than the influencer clearly. But we are not here to hate on her because Twitter has already done that for us. So just scroll below to see how it all started what she actually invented.
#1 They just go about it in a different round-about way but end up with the same result.

To be clear what she’s making is just called “corn syrup” *High-fructose* corn syrup is corn syrup that has been made much sweeter by breaking down the cornstarch in it into fructose via a chemical process invented in the 1970s
Even so though. To be clear what she’s making is just called “corn syrup” *High-fructose* corn syrup is corn syrup that has been made much sweeter by breaking down the cornstarch in it into fructose via a chemical process invented in the 1970s Even so though. You could make even better “vegan honey” from sugar cane
Or, as we used to call it, molasses or treacle I mean it’s pretty “natural” as these things go I just don’t know that anyone ever thought it was particularly healthy. –Arthur
#2 Well, we can’t really hate on her.

#3 She might not have the right idea but she definitely has the spirit.

#4 I don’t think anything more even needs to be said.

#5 That is the peak of humanity if you ask me.

If you are still not sure about what is happening. You see she ended up making high fructose corn syrup which is actually already a thing. However, it is not really a ‘healthy’ alternative. Although honey isn’t healthy in the first place but it does have some great health benefits that corn syrup can never have. But she did make it at home so it might be better than the store-bought stuff in many ways so who are we to judge?
#6 Honestly, never tell her that. let he have this moment for herself.

#7 They made do with what they have.

#8 Nostalgia comes from the weirdest places if you ask me.

#9 Soon enough, our market will be flooded with vegan honey.

#10 This is definitely a safer way to experience all the stages of fried easily.

What do you think of this whole thing? Do you believe that her heart was in the right place even though the end result wasn’t ‘satisfactory’? Comment down below and let us know.
