15 People Fed Up With The Job Application Process

Filling applications isn’t as easy as it seems.

Those who have applied for a job should know how aggravating the whole job application process can get at times. It doesn’t sound like much of a hassle; you submit your CV and if they call you for an interview, you talk a little and you get the job. That only sounds good on paper or in the head. In reality, there is a whole annoying ass process behind it that can actually take months. What I just mentioned was the expectation, now let’s go back to the ground and see what the reality is. You create a resume or CV by using the craziest, most astonishing words that you have never known in your life. Then you have to create a cover letter that is supposed to be read before the resume but nobody has the time to read paragraphs, so why have us make it then? Anyways, then they call you up for an interview and remember those basic things that you wrote about yourself using the most difficult vocabulary to impress them? Well, they will speak in the most basic terms and the interview will last around 10 minutes max and there will be hardly any job-related questions.

Wow! It ain’t easy out there man. Now I just wish I should have asked the tooth fairy for 25 years of experience instead of a remote-controlled car. What I don’t get is why do they all follow the same policy? Why do all the good jobs require so much experience? It is very rare that I see a CEO who is yet to have grey hair. Our social order needs to change because living in this stressful one isn’t helping at all.
