Debt collectors don’t have it easy.
I am not talking about the company, I am actually talking about the people who are employed there. I mean, it isn’t as if they are doing anything wrong but they get all the hate from the people just because they’re required to call these people. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes they can be incredibly rude and piss you off but it is usually because they’re having a bad day and just want to get their anger out. However, that still doesn’t give them any right to call a guy for a debt that his ex-wife accrued.
It is right there in the name, she is his ex, not his current partner so I have no idea why they thought this was a good idea. I have even gotten calls from debt collectors about people that I barely know and somehow they want me to help them get their debt back. I have no idea how these companies work but they don’t even listen to you when you tell them to remove the number. But enough about all the absurdity, today we have a story that gets right into the revenge part.

I mean, the people at the other end of the call were being rude from the start which is in no way going to help them in this scenario.
So I think this revenge was well-deserved and I don’t feel even a little bit sorry for the person who had to listen to the 600 voicemails.
What did they expect was going to happen? Did they think this man would help them in any way after they were being so rude? He might have tried to help them in some way if they were nice but they just had to be dumb and do this. And while I usually feel sorry for people in the calling industry, I don’t feel even a tiny bit guilty for the person who had to listen to all the voicemails. This company really should get their act together.

Some are even scam calls disguised as debt collectors.
That is what they always say and it just rubs me the wrong way.
Honestly, they deserved this 100%.
The only way these companies will back off is if you show them your teeth.
I am just glad that in all these stories, the companies didn’t continue to call them afterward.
