In today’s era, divorce rates are incredibly high and are even starting to become typical. Here, OP is narrating a story in which she got divorced from her husband after spending a long time together in a wonderful marriage. She enjoyed a close relationship with her stepson who had accepted her as his true mother. OP raised her stepson along with her daughter and managed to save a handsome amount of money as their college/marriage funds. However, OP found herself in a troublesome situation when her husband’s ex-wife started disturbing her life, laying greedy eyes on her money.

Mostly in divorced cases, the real issue is dividing the assets however, in this case, the money in question is OP’s savings that she put up for her children. As the other wife was not well-off and wanted money, so she must have thought it would be easy to take advantage of a soft-hearted person like OP.
