Daughter Refuses To Drive Two Hours Every Day To Check On Her Parent’s Cat While They Are On Vacation

If you are owning a pet, you cannot expect others to take care of them especially expecting someone to drive two hours every day in winter to check on your pet. That’s an unreasonable demand. This is the dilemma facing a Redditor who shared that her parents are going to Mexico for vacation. OP and her mother planned that their cat would stay at OP’s home. OP’s parents’ cat does not get well along with OP’s dog but OP’s dog is very friendly. They planned that the cat would stay in the basement and she would adjust easily.
