Employee Stands Up For Herself And Slaps Her Boss For Their Inappropriate Behaviour

Some people are living in the past.

I know that many people like to talk about how life was better in the olden times and how people respected one another more. However, a quick look at history reveals that this was not the case. Sure, there were some people who lived the high life, but that was because they held positions of power. Everyone else had to fight for every scrap of food they could get. And, while nothing is perfect right now, they are making an effort to move in the right direction, especially when it comes to se*ism or rac*sm. Although there are still many people in positions of power who treat others as subhuman beings.

They believe they can get away with it simply because of their position, race, or gender, which is the definition of discrimination. You’d think that because there are specific laws against workplace discrimination, this sort of thing wouldn’t be tolerated in the workplace, but does that deter these people? Not at all, and they continue to make everyone around them uneasy. So, while I do not condone violence, I understand that it is sometimes the only way to feel better after being emotionally beaten down repeatedly. That’s exactly what happened to this 21-year-old woman at work.

I assure you the violence had a good reason.

But to understand her motive, we need some background information.

And also all the things that happened to her.

I can’t believe that this is where it is starting.

And things just get worse from here.

They were also stealing her overtime pay.

That would honestly make my blood boil.

There were also more than just comments.

As it even became physical.

That is when she had enough and slapped him across the face.

We also got an update and she may pursue legal venues in the future.

Many of these things are simply inappropriate for anyone to do, let alone your boss at your workplace. If I had been in her shoes, I would not have been able to keep quiet for so long and would have probably quit much sooner. However, not everyone has that option. I doubt those guys will learn their lesson, which is unfortunate, but it would be ideal if they were sued.

I mean, she clearly has a lot of ammunition against them, so why not use it to make sure they don’t treat other employees the same way they treated her? I also have to say that when I read about how she slapped him, I felt quite satisfied. I mean, I’d be proud, too.

Sadly, this does happen quite often.

And their bank account is their weak spot.

There is a lot to add to a lawsuit.
