2. OP works a security job and has been responsible for his job as he is never late and even picks up extra shifts. But OP’s boss is the opposite because.

3. One day OP missed work in 10 months because he came back from the lake and got sun poisoned he had blisters all over his arms, and shoulders and a fever too.  Still, he managed to go to work but right after three hours, he realized he could not take it anymore and needed to go to a doctor.

4. OP went to his boss’s office and explained the whole situation to him and said that he would have worked half his shift and the boss laughed at his face and said sunburn isn’t a reason to leave work. OP showed him the blisters and 20 minutes later boss came to his office and said he could go.

5. The boss told OP that if he could stay until 12 then he could stay the whole day listening to this, OP threw his keys and radio on the desk. The next day he brought the doctor’s note to hand it to him but he didn’t want the doctor’s note.

6. OP believes that he wasn’t handled correctly as he never missed a day until that day moreover, OP told the users that the boss continued being snarky and he even fired OP’s colleague.
