Toxic Mother-In-Law Wants A Family Vacation With Her No-Contact Son

There are numerous types of mother-in-laws in the world.

I’m sure there are caring mother-in-laws out there who support their child’s partner in any way they can. However, it is difficult to believe that because every time we come across a story about a mother-in-law, she is always behaving horribly. It is always surprising to see mothers acting as if they own their children and throwing a fit when their child marries someone. It’s as if they believe they can put their child in a cage and never let them out. And they believe that their child should seek their permission and blessing before committing to a life partner.

Many times, they will do the most heinous things to their child and partner and then act like the victim. That is exactly what is happening in this particular story. I truly believe it when they say the MIL is from h*ll. She did many things that would cause anyone to avoid her completely, but she still expects her child and his partner to treat her as if she were a saint. Many people appear to enjoy creating drama for no apparent reason. After all, they have a habit of getting away with it most of the time, so they believe they are untouchable.

And somehow she still had the audacity to ask them to come on a family vacation.

They haven’t contacted her for a long time.

But the woman is demanding that they respond.

I’m not surprised that the woman is acting as if her past actions don’t matter. I’m pretty sure it’s all because of the impending wedding. She wants OP and her husband to accompany her on her vacation so she can cause even more drama. This will provide her with more ammunition, as people like her have a knack for manipulating every situation to their advantage. She will appear to be the victim in this manner. I’d like to know how their mind works because it’s beyond me how someone can act this way towards their own flesh and blood.

Most people advised her to remain no-contact.

After all, that is the safest option.

Or the woman will take advantage of the situation.

It might be better to not go to the wedding as well.

After all, the MIL may cause some drama there.
