Rude Boss Criticizes Bartender For Drinking On His Day Off, Changes Tone Immediately When He Quits

Reminder: You only work for them, they do not own your life.

This is such an underrated topic, we do not talk much about workplace harassment or the rights of the employees. There are so many needy people out there who are so desperate for money that they will literally do any job to make both ends meet. They have a family to feed, they need to save up for good education or they have loans etc. There are so many reasons for everyone’s struggles. Instead of helping them out, people usually take advantage of their helplessness which is so saddening and such an evil thing to do. Employers are good at manipulating needy employees by bribing them with promotions, overpowering them or making them guilty. It is absolutely wrong, this type of behavior should not be tolerated at all. Your mental health should be your first priority, if they are stressing you too much or putting unnecessary work pressure then just quit. I know it is easier said than done but no one should control your life, no one has the right to order you around.
