Nothing brings the blood to a boil like a supervisor who insists on doing things in the name of the rules that actually impair the company’s efficiency. This boss’s head was clearly in the clouds. People need to understand that every employee has their rights. It shouldn’t be like this. Lunchtime should always be flexible so that your employees can be comfortable too. After all, employees are the backbone of any company it doesn’t matter what designation he or she belongs to, they all should have equal rights.
