Parents are not able to contain their happiness and joy when they realize their children have now started independent careers and are now earning their own bread. Unfortunately not in the case of this father. Reddit user u/ThrowRA00924463 shared her son had moved back home with her and his father after graduating college. His father’s plan was to not take a single penny from his son and have him take care of his younger disabled brother. Aiden, the son, however, wanted to start a career of his own and wanted to work. So he started looking for jobs but none of his applications would ever go through.
This kept happening for over a year until OP realized Aiden’s father had been canceling all those job applications himself so his son would never get a job and he would stay at home taking care of his younger brother.

3. But Aiden didn’t want to just sit and do nothing after completing his degree. He wanted to work and his father was against it.

5. OP went off at her husband as he said Aiden getting a job would mean there would be less care shown towards his younger brother and that’s why he wants him to stay at home and look after his brother.
6. OP decided to rent Aiden an apartment where he could stay and apply for jobs. His father got angry when he found out about it.
Mama to the rescue. This is a super mother move, to be honest. How can this freaking father not be a responsible parent and take care of his own disabled son? Who does he think he is to ruin his elder son’s future? If he cares so much about his young one, he should leave his own job, if he even works, and babysit that kid himself. Such a terrible father. I am seriously so livid right now.
