Guy Refuses To Help Neighbors After They Blow Up On Him

Some neighbours may be quite entitled.

One of the world’s worst plagues is entitled people. They will treat others as if they do not exist while boasting about how much better they are. They also believe that they deserve the world simply because they exist, which is absurd. It’s also aggravating when you have entitled neighbours. That is exactly what happened to this Canadian. He appears to be a nice enough person trying to be as helpful to his neighbours as possible, but apparently, someone didn’t appreciate the hospitality and became angry with him.

The short of it is that when it is snowing and very cold, a car’s wipers can become frozen, which is never a good thing. So this guy will occasionally go around and move the wipers away from the windscreen so they don’t freeze. That sounds like a great idea because it’s easy for something like this to slip someone’s mind. When he tried to do this for his new neighbours who had just moved in, they were less than gracious.

The title doesn’t tell the whole story at all and it is a bit more complicated than it may seem.

Apparently, this guy has been doing this for his neighbours for quite a few years.

And that is why his neighbours will sometimes do it for him when he forgets.

This was working out well for him until one day when he had just come back.

He decided to do the same for his new neighbor’s truck but he wasn’t expecting what happened next.

Rather than hearing what he has to say both of them started insulting him.

Even the other neighbours tried to get them to calm down but nothing was working.

However, just a few days later, the woman had the gall to ask for help.

I can see where the neighbour is coming from. He clearly believed he was being robbed or something similar. However, instead of continuing his tirade after realising this, he should have simply apologised. And the woman has the audacity to ask for help after insulting him the night before. It’s amazing how some people treat others while expecting to be respected.

Exactly, he should have apologized.

I bet nobody in the neighbourhood is gonna be a big fan of them.

I would have felt embarrassed in her shoes.

Sometimes being a little petty is a good feeling.

To be fair, this commenter isn’t wrong either.

They sound like very entitled people to me.

I would have started laughing at that point.
