Karen Tried Getting Aggressive With Shopper Mistaken For Employee, He Shut Her Down With His Super Loud Voice

Reddit user OneAngryPanda left work early to stop at a store to grab some drinks to relax his exhausted self. While he was shopping, he helped a couple locate a drink they were unable to find. This made a Karen, also shopping at the store, assume that OP works at the store. She approached OP and asked about a drink and he pointed her in the direction of the aisle where it might be. She then insisted OP take her to the aisle. That’s where things got messy. OP told Karen he didn’t work at the store and wouldn’t take her orders. She proceeded to get physical and grabbed him by his shirt’s collar to get his attention after he had turned around.

OP’s response was something unique. He raised his voice to the loudest he could and roared at Karen to get her hands off him.

That was all he had to do to burst her big bubble of entitlement and shut her down.

5. OP had finished work early and was exhausted so he decided to grab some drinks on his way home.

6. OP was in a casual outfit as he entered the store.

7. However, the issue was that it looked very similar to the uniform of the workers there…so there were chances he may get stopped by people.

8. While OP was about to grab his be*r, he overheard a couple talking.

9. They wanted a drink but were searching in the wrong aisle.

10. OP decided to help and informed them where the drink they were looking for is located. They thanked him, the three of them had a little chat about drinks, and OP resumed his shopping.

11. Karen has arrived at the scene, ladies and gentlemen.

12. Karen asked OP if he knew where a specific drink she wanted was.

13. Because he hadn’t heard about that drink before, he enquired a bit more so he could help her.

14. She didn’t have complete information about the drink…

15. So he guided her to whi*key aisle explaining which drinks are placed where. He did his best to help.

16. But that was not it…Karen wanted OP to take her to that aisle.

17. She had mistaken OP for a worker at the store, refused to believe him when he said that was wrong, and wanted to see the manager. The standard procedure!

18. OP chose to ignore Karen so to grab his attention again she literally dug her nails into his shoulder to grab him by his collar.

21. Karen triggered OP to the point he was ready to bite her fingers off.

22. But he chose to use another tool to bury Karen’s ego back where it came from; his voice.

23. OP literally roared louder than the loudest lion telling Karen to get her hands off of him.

24. OP then grabbed Karen and shoved her back with force.

25. Oh, she will never be able to take control of this fear that just got induced in her by OP.

26. After gaining about 0.1% of consciousness back, Karen tried saying something but OP had decided he would not let her get up in any way.

27. Many people would have definitely fainted at the store hearing those loud screams.

28. Karen just wasn’t allowed to have a say anymore. She had already said enough.

29. Why does it take the management this long to get involved? This always happens.

30. The manager told OP to calm down.

31. Karen told the manager to call the cops while the associate asked OP to come with him.

32. OP was in no mood to go anywhere with anyone. Karen then told the manager to fire him.

33. Same thing again. OP cleared it to Karen he didn’t work at the store.

34. OP even showed to the manager the holes she had made in his collar when she grabbed him.

35. OP was ready for the cops, he hadn’t done anything wrong.

36. And the realization finally dawned upon Karen.

37. People had witnessed Karen being aggressive with OP and him responding accordingly.

38. OP didn’t have anything else to say. He grabbed his drinks and started walking to the counter.

39. The manager tried stopping OP who said he would only stay if they are calling the cops.

40. They knew they could never stop him. He did nothing wrong.

41. While going home OP had to take a stop as he began crying like a baby, all his emotions just crashed right out after all that happened.
