Entitled Rude Customer Gets Kicked Out Of Pizzeria After Blocking Server From Serving Other Tables

Kicked out Karen

In the whirlwind of the service industry, servers often find themselves facing a barrage of demands and entitled attitudes. It’s a tough gig, made even tougher when confronted with customers who expect nothing short of perfection.

1. Surely OP had a major reason to do it.

2. On the day this incident took place, OP was the only server available on the entire floor to serve the buffet customers.

10. Although OP did what he deemed was best but felt guilty because he had never kicked a customer out of the pizzeria in the 6 years he had served there.

NTA. Single servers automatically pop out so it is impossible to agree that the old woman didn’t know OP was the only one serving the entire floor. Blocking his way was always going to get him angry. That is because he was stressed out and was having a hard time keeping pace. It all came out on the woman, or shall we refer to her as Karen because she had all the similar traits.
